Hi, my name is Aurora. I am an aspiring publishing designer graduating from Design for Publishing at Norwich University of the Arts in 2024. I specialise in typographic layout and books.I love experimenting with printed matter, layout, making and type throughout my design-practise. Cover design is in my eyes the perfect balance of creativity, making, technical type layout and sociology through understanding your target market and audience. I am proficient in various Adobe programs and have exceptional time management and organizational skills.
My work is often more traditional leaning with a heavy focus on translating an overall feeling or mood through the design. Print finishes, paper stock and binding methods are an integral part of my design process, and considerations when working on a project.
I dive deep into the background and research on any project, as I prefer to always have a good understanding of the subject I am designing for.
